OOjs UI's DropdownWidget and PopupWidget currently have no or wrong box-shadows. They should get the right one and it should be unified.
Every modal dialog and dropdown expanded menu should have a box-shadow: 0 2px 0 rgba(204, 204, 204, .5);
padding-bottom currently added to the dropdown menus will be removed too. Visual example of the desired look:
