Make the project column editable without dragging on the board. Preferably easily reachable the task view, possibly also from task editing and creation. For the normal work flow of people who add tickets and want to triage them at the same time it often leads to not setting the column, because that would require them to go to the board. Then find the ticket again e.g. in 1000 tickets on Wikidata. Then possibly drag it across 23 screens, because you can't just drop a ticket in a column, but only where there already are tickets.
