Probably related: T116309: Fatal error: Call to undefined method SkinMinerva::getLicense() in /srv/mediawiki/php-1.27.0-wmf.3/extensions/ZeroBanner/includes/ZeroSpecialPage.php on line 238

I say related because they both have the same frequency in fatalmonitor, so I'm fairly certain that T116309 is triggering this one. Nonetheless, this is probably a separate bug.
