UploadWizard strings are skewed towards images (though e.g. also PDFs can be uploaded)
Open, MediumPublic

Description

Hello,

I recently used the upload wizard to upload a PDF file (for use on Wikisource).
As I was going through the steps in the Upload Wizard, I came across several phrases like "Describe the image", etc. which resulted in a little 'less than awesome' experience.
It looks like the whole process is skewed towards uploading images.
I agree, images is the most common category of upload, but still.

Suggestion: Make the language more general, ie file type agnostic.

Affects audio files as well - just irritated uploaders at an audio-focused hackathon.
What about just "Describe the file" instead?

Confirmed - contributors at audio conference are sadly uploading to Commons and feeling second rate
