Please extend WikiProject banner shell fixes to all talk namespaces (except User talk pages), including:

Draft talk pages (e.g. [[Draft talk:Bernstein & Andriulli]])
File talk pages (e.g. [[File talk:Len-fire.jpg]])
Portal talk pages (e.g. [[Portal talk:Cyprus]])
Template talk pages (e.g. [[Template talk:Panama Canal]])
Wikipedia talk pages (e.g. [[Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Eastern Europe]])

I support this. I think we can exte all talk page fixes in all "talk:" namespaces.

Yes, true. I mean:

Talk, Draft talk, Template talk, File talk.
