Please add the Time zone (UTC) to the article's revision history

An edit shows up like this today:

(cur) (last) 18:46, 5 July 2007 Username (Talk | contribs | block) (90,058 bytes) (archive 25 created) (rollback | undo)

It should appear like this:

(cur) (last) 18:46, 5 July 2007 (UTC) Username (Talk | contribs | block) (90,058 bytes) (archive 25 created) (rollback | undo)

Note that when the timezone is specified by location/zoneinfo (bug 505), the system should now be able to correctly mark past times with the appropriate DST variant based on the date.

This means that showing the TZ on each line is required to disambiguate times during some transitions, where for instance an edit at 01:30 PDT may be followed by an edit an hour later at 01:30 PST.
