I have been working on replacing mcXXXX hosts with Jessie today, details in https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T123711, so the errors that you are seeing are almost for sure due to my work :)

confirmed, it is me doing maintenance, I just removed mc1007 from the pool and the timings match.
