Remove php55 jobs from "test" pipeline for mediawiki/core and extension-gate

Description

I was optimistic that php55 would be faster than php53 or something, so they were added to the "test" pipeline as well. We should move them back into gate only, like we did with php53.

Is this for all tests or just for mediawiki/core. Because php53 is in the test pipeline for most tests.

Do we remove mediawiki-core-php55lint, mediawiki-phpunit-php55, mediawiki-phpunit-parsertests-php55 from the test pipeline.

Well tried, but yeah 5.5 is not that much faster after all :-(
