Documentation unclear: Which board?

why does the message use "page" when "board" is meant (this is in regards to the content, which was:

"notification-links-flow-description-edited-view-page": "{{GENDER:$1|View}} page",

when this was filed.

It could be:

"Text for the link to the board where the description was edited"

A Flow board is a kind of page.
