Generally, wikis set their celebration logos through CSS. If you choose so, you can edit MediaWiki:Common.css and add something like this:

#p-logo a {
    background-image: url(https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/cs/b/bc/Wiki.png) !important;
}

You can also use the .mw-wiki-logo class as CSS selector instead.

This method will allow you more flexibility as you can control when to switch back to regular logo.

So we discussed the issue a little bit on IRC, please note the configuration way is the cleanest for users, the most optimized, as we only have to serve one logo, not two.

I'm then willing to prepare you the change and deploy it immediately.

@Dereckson English Wikipedia used Common.css file to change celebrative logo, therefore on czech Wikipedia we decided the same way for now. It could be changed by configuration later, but at the moment there isn't any 1.5x and 2x variants of celebrative logos yet, so this would be easier solution.

@Dereckson I'm not the author of the logo. This logo was created (with modifying old version) by Bazi@cswiki. I uploaded the logo to Soubor:Wiki.png only.

Okay, I've understood the issue: you don't have access to the source, and these logos have been all prepared in 2011.
