Description

This doesn't look RTL to me. The navigation at the top is all weird too.

Mentioned Here: T127504: doc.wikimedia.org should be running PHP 5.5+, not 5.3 -> demos etc. don't work

Did you forget to run composer install?

Well… did you forget to run composer install? :P

I suppose that error message might be out of date, you really need to run grunt build or grunt quick-build to make the PHP demos work too.

That shouldn't happen on the web site...

https://tools.wmflabs.org/oojs-ui/ is @Rillke's original demo and it's been discontinued after we set up https://doc.wikimedia.org/oojs-ui/master/demos/. Unfortunately, you can't view the PHP demo there either due to T127504. My screenshot was from a local build.
