Description

Steps to reproduce:

go to random article (I used hu:Köves Éva)
make an anonymous edit
view the article while logged in as a reviewer

The article will show a warning saying that "Template/file changes in this version are pending review." (Revreview-newest-basic-i). The correct message would be "N changes in this version are pending review." (Revreview-newest-basic).
