gerrit-wm sometimes omits username

Description

Sometimes grrrit-wm messages are without the username of the owner or commentor. Specifically, it appears to happen with commits and reviews by @Ladsgroup:

Now, it's just not gerrit-wm. Also gerritbot T137003#2354906

i had checked in LDAP and both sn and cn were set to Ladsgroup.

in Gerrit , user profile -> settings -> contact information
clicking the "reload" button made the name appear again.
