That is the Zuul merger attempting to git clone mediawiki/extensions/Collection while there is already a Collection directory on the disk. That is due to one of the mediawiki/extensions/Collection/* child extension that got cloned before hand ....

Nes way to find out is to look on the zuul merger instances (scandium/gallium) in /var/log/zuul/merger.log
