Description

First export of Karelian language was made with I4174fc3bca40d45f06dd93af10d009d23acae375.

Now it's time to add Karelian to MediaWiki core.

In languages/data/Names.php:

		'krl' => 'karjal', # Karelian

In RELEASE-NOTES-1.28, section "Languages updated in 1.28":

** krl (Karelian ), thanks to translators Flrn, Ilja.mos, Likopiän tyttö, Mashoi7, Matma Rex, Ontoi, Theunitedstatesofme, and Varvana

Fallback language: fi

I've not done the fallback one since there's no MessagesKrl in /diffusion/MW/browse/master/languages/messages/. I could create it with an empty $fallback = 'fi'; but I'm not sure that'd work. Help?

Yes, that's what is usually done.
