Description

This happens with both Firefox 48.0b1 and Chrome 52.0.2743.41 beta 64-bit (both on OS X 10.11.5). It does not happen on non-Arabic wikis if the interface language is set to Arabic or on the Farsi Wikivoyage, where VE is now enabled by default.

This definitely shouldn't be there:

}

Above rule removed - also need to remove the rules changing the toolbar font size.
