Tracking bug for section numbering bugs, including template section edit. The effect is generally an incorrect section number in the section edit link, or a section edit link where there shouldn't be one at all. The cause is generally the mismatch between semi-parsed wikitext at the formatHeadings() stage of a full parse, and the text encountered in extractSections(). There may also be bugs relating to the difference between the regex in extractSections() and the parsing behaviour of doHeadings()/formatHeadings().

I'm collecting these because I'm thinking about making some changes in this area.
