Description

I believe these are a legacy from 2013 and an opt-out option is officially provided already.
Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-gadgets at mw.org has it, for example.

I can remove it from https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Gadgets-definition and any other wikis it appears on if @Jdforrester-WMF confirms this is correct.
