Various maintenance tasks will need to happen on multiple wiki's once we have them in the same index. Not running the script on all could result in inconsistencies. Add a flag that indicates this is known. Disallow running against a multi-project index if this flag is not provided.

Not sure yet best way to know it is a multi-project index. Perhaps we can ask elasticsearch about the set of unique values in the 'wiki' field of the page document?
