We have a very important site notice on fawiki, for our 500K article, when you are logged in it is shown properly but when you log out or for anonymous users, it does go to end of the all wiki pages while it should be shown on top of the page in the place of sitenotce
Is this a local sitenotice or a CentralNotice controlled from meta?
