Description

Per https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Bot_requests&oldid=733075784#Convert_dead_Google_Cache_links_to_Wayback_Machine, Google cache links make great archives, but die fast. Instances of Google Cache links should be detected and converted to a more permanent archive.

With the new archive handler, adding this should be easy.
