Description

Echo is technically a dropdown menu, so it should close any other open dropdown menu once the Echo notifications is opened; otherwise, overlapping will happen, such as in this screenshot (don't mind the Windows notification in the bottom-right, which is different):

Steps to reproduce:

Open up user menu
Open up echo menu
