At the moment, Flow is only taking templates from section 0 in the talk page. That may be problematic when that section 0 is filled with a message including templates.

An example with that wikitext page which was filled with that text (welcome message distributed by bot) which includes 3 templates. When import is done, only templates remain with confusing contents. We can have cases on wikis where Flow on on Beta.

This would be the reverse of T97733: B2. When converting an existing talk page to Flow, only copy templates above the first section into the new page's header.
IIRC we decided on that, because having the top-most comments/threads included in the description (that people had saved years ago without a header) was creating a lot of cleanup requirements.
