Description

As has been done on the labs instance in T141265 the tool should be added as a datasource for the production grafana instance.

The tool & datasource allow adding of annotations from wikipage on meta (in the same style as dashiki)

Yes, this is nothing to do with backups of dashboard etc, this is about pulling in annotations from mediawiki for dashboards.
