Per IRC:
The current Gerrit machine (lead) is having CPU issues. We've stabilized it for now, but need to replace. Needs to be eqiad, row C is best to avoid IP changes. We were looking at WMF4725, but another would do, main requirement is at least 32GB of RAM.

Can run jessie, standard partition scheme (large /srv and normal everything else) is what we want/need.

Change 314601 had a related patch set uploaded (by Dzahn):
add IPs for cobalt, using WMF4725
Since this was potentially an outage condition, I recommended wmf4725 (hostname to be cobalt) be allocated for this.
We've already started on the system setup via a sub-task. If this allocation isn't approved, we'll simply have to revert those changes.
