Logo not showing up for some people at the Punjabi Wikipedia

Description

Editors started to report this during the weekend: the wiki logo doesn't show up for some.
For example, it doesn't show for me with my WMF account on Safari, volunteer or logged-out on Opera right now.
A few colleagues of mine don't experience the same problem though.

check that both hidif and lowres versions of the site logo are available

I also can't see the logo. (Chrome, OS X)

@Krenair suggested viewing the logos directly, and I can see those just fine. Both the following work for me:

Yet, I still cannot see the logo on pa.wikipedia.org. Odd.

Yeah, after opening them when I go back to pa.wp I still don't see the logo. weird . Could it be a Mac thing? I have El Capitan 10.11.4 (15E65).

Can this problem still be reproduced? (Sorry but I never managed to reproduce myself.)

I'm asking as T148497 can not be reproduced anymore.
