maps1002 does not run latest kartotherian

Description

After we had a maps.codfw meltdown earlier today, @JGirault discovered that some of the geoshapes requests were returning data in topojson instead of geojson format. Examining /srv/deployment/kartotherian/deploy/src/package.json of maps1002 showed that it was running a much older version of Kartotherian. @Dzahn was very kind to depool it.

Saw this on my way home yesterday and did some digging to make sure that scap was doing something ridiculous in this instance.

I think scap is doing the right thing, but it seems that maps1002 was removed from the targets to which scap deploys kartotherian: rGMKD2b93211b683c: removed maps1002 from targets
