[BUG] Unable to select title and wikidata description text on articles

Description

Steps to reproduce

Open any article on the app.
Long press on the title or wikidata description text

Expected results

Text where long press occurred should be highlighted and the text selection floating toolbar (with menu options to Copy, Share, Define, etc) should appear above the selection area.

Actual results

Nothing happens.

Environments observed

App version: 2.4.180
Android OS versions: 6.0.1
Device model: Nexus 5
Device language: English
