In order to support 360 videos, we need to be able to detect the spatial projection metadata that marks such videos. This spec is available for mp4 and webm/matroska.

This is in the wrong project. This is specifically about being able to parse this metadata of webm file, not doing something with the transcode (shouldn't be needed).
