Description

Steps to reproduce:

Open VE

2.Create a slug for example: add a second References list right after an existing one.
3.Click on the slug in the middle of two References list

Observed Result:
Cursor jumps to the beginning of the page, if you try clicking on it second time it wont happen and it will keep the cursor on the slug.
