Reconsider Ctrl-Shift-K as trigger for Cite
Closed, DeclinedPublic

Description

Recently Ctrl-Shift-K was made a keyboard trigger for Cite (T99299: Make a better keyboard shortcut for adding a citation). Now that I worked some days with it, I'm not so sure whether this really is a good shortcut: In Firefox Ctrl-Shift-K is the trigger for the developer console. While using the developer console isn't something a typical user really needs, when developing user scripts for VE, this new shortcut interrupts the workflow very often.
It's probably still early enough to change this trigger, so it should at least be considered, whether a better alternative exists and is worth changing to.

IMHO that's reason enough to decline this task.
