Special:Preference has an unticked preference for Flow, even if the subsystem is activated

Description

On Special:Preferences at nowiki the entry for Flow shows up without the preference being ticked, even if Flow is clearly active on the (my own) user talk page.

I have posted a notice at Wikipedia:Torget about a possible malfunction.

This may well be fallout from when the Flow beta feature was temporarily disabled.

We have noticed that on wikis where Flow boards have been created manually before the Beta feature appears. You just have to tick the preference and save.
