throttle: Lift six-account limit for BBC 100 Women event - 2016-12-08

Mentioned in SAL (#wikimedia-operations) [2016-12-08T09:29:55Z] <legoktm@tin> Synchronized wmf-config/throttle.php: Lift six-account limit for BBC 100 Women event T152669 (duration: 01m 39s)

@Legoktm Just for other cases. I set UBN due to https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_site_requests . UBN should be set when " The change breaks normal production. You want a deployment right now or in the next hours. That also means you consider this task requests we set other requests aside.". I think the change is needed now preferably yesterday and we can't wait for SWAT window (and even High should be done in SWAT, "The change is needed very soon, ideally in the next SWAT, or if not possible, this SWAT week (Monday-Thursday).").

And I also think this can't be normal too, we can't wait for next SWAT week, it really isn't possible...

But thanks for deployment anyway, closing as Resolved.

Sorry for the short notice. The network was set up today especially so we didn't have details in advance

Even if you didn't have the IP in advance you should've at very least warned us beforehand so we could plan for it. Deployments out of schedule are a bad idea and you can't necessarily expect someone to be prepared to do one at any given time of day, this time you were lucky. This reflects poorly on the event organisers/WMUK.
