Description

When you save a section edit in NWE, you are shown the start of the page. Like in OWE the page should scroll to the edited section if possible.

Follow-ups after deploy:

	Project	Branch	Lines +/-	Subject
	mediawiki/extensions/VisualEditor	master	+18 -1	After saving a specific section, scroll to it

Canceling an edit should restore the previous position, too.
