Since the content of MediaWiki:Spam-blacklist is meant to be LTR, it's diffs should also show in LTR all the time.

Currently, in RTL wikis the contents are rendered LTR (correct) but diffs are still shown RTL (incorrect).

This would also apply to MediaWiki:Spam-whitelist
