Description

The collation in the german wikisource should be set to uca-de-u-kn. This way we should have the language specific order and numeric sorting.

I see that they recently changed the collation there to 'numeric' in T149002. Adding @Niharika and @DannyH for input and approval. This also needs a maintenance script after deployement.

@Niharika Would it be too much asking if you could take care of the whole process of scheduling the patch for deployment and then run the script afterwards? Regards.
