Followup questions for initial list configuration:

• You would like 'alangiderick@gmail.com' as the primary list admin, but should flixtey@gmail.com be a moderator, or another administrator?
• With no mention of the list settings, I'm assuming public list, public join, and public archives. Is this correct?

Other than that, this seems to have more than enough info (including the link to T156153 which has all the background info justifying the list creation.) Once I know the above two settings questions, I can create the list for you.

Yes, flixtey@gmail.com should be another administrator. From this point, we could add more emails with different credentials ourself.

Yes you are correct. It should be public. But if we see a need to make the list private, we would let you know but its public now. Thanks
