Description

We need to run /usr/local/bin/mwscript extensions/TorBlock/loadExitNodes.php --wiki=labswiki --force on silver via mediawiki::maintenance::tor_exit_node or a similar Puppet managed cron to go with https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/335180/.

Do we need some equivalent change on labweb1001/1002 for this? Or do the varnishes take care of it now?

What would Varnishes be doing messing with TorBlock?

I still think the standard maintenance hosts should be used to run cron jobs for wikitech.
