We need to run /usr/local/bin/mwscript extensions/TorBlock/loadExitNodes.php --wiki=labswiki --force on silver via mediawiki::maintenance::tor_exit_node or a similar Puppet managed cron to go with https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/335180/.

Mentioned in SAL (#wikimedia-operations) [2017-01-31T02:45:25Z] <bd808> Setup temporary cron on silver as user bd808 until T156733 is fixed properly
Do we need some equivalent change on labweb1001/1002 for this? Or do the varnishes take care of it now?
What would Varnishes be doing messing with TorBlock?
I still think the standard maintenance hosts should be used to run cron jobs for wikitech.
The fix for T228465: TorBlock maintenance failures on labweb hosts actually fixes this
Some cleanup needed though..
