Description

From T158774#3049763:

It looks like the language we use for that type of filter on the Special:RecentChanges page is "Hide probably good edits". It seems like that is exactly what's happening (if you don't consider a Flow page post as an "edit").
But on Special:Contributions, the same filter is labeled "Only show edits needing review". Maybe the right solution here is to just change the label on Special:Contributions to match what we have on Special:RecentChanges."
