@jsn.sherman: Is a csv file with paragraphed 'Partner name, Partner description' sufficient? (Probably with a delimiter that isn't a comma...)

We actually might not need to do this anymore. Nikki has loaded English descriptions (currently without markup) into the platform manually, so there's probably no need to batch load!
