There is some empty space after the 'from X' line, so I would append a comma and a caption, i.e.

The reason for this request is because many users won't even know what 'Wikisource' stands for and the like.
Hi - that sounds interesting for those wikis that have translated the sister project names. However, using my example (below) from cawiki, the sister project names are not translated and currently display as ca.wikisource.org.
But, in order to add in the caption (descriptive text) we'd have to make the boxes bigger, and that might make it look a bit cluttered and require the user to scroll down even further the page to see the rest of the sister project results.
Hi, moving this to declined - I think putting the caption (descriptive text) would cause too much clutter to the sister project sidebar.
