the tooltip at the links in Compact Language Links' ULS panel only shows the foreign autonym

Description

In the classic interlanguage links list, the tooltip shows the title of the target foreign article, and the name of the language in the language of the current wiki.

In the compact ULS panel, the tooltip only shows the foreign name as the link, which is not very useful.
