Page review statistics ( special:ValidationStatistics) shows number of users in "editors" user group which means that when name of the group is something different then number is 0. Same thing is with autoreviewed user count. The number what we would want to see is number of users with "review" and "autoreview" user rights which can be added by multiple different user groups.
