Description

On Chrome and Firefox everything is fine, I see central notice in the correct (top) position, while on IE11 the Sitenotice is in the bottom of the page, below the id="content" and above the id="footer", basically in the same "HTML code" position.

Links welcome... :) If I go to https://it.wikivoyage.org/ that is the "Benvenuto su Wikivoyage! Cerchi idee per le vacanze? Vuoi condividere le tue esperienze?" part?

I can reproduce this on pages other than the Main Page, such as https://it.wikivoyage.org/wiki/Bacino_del_Volta. However, upon refreshing the page, the notice returns to its correct position. Probably a CentralNotice JavaScript issue.
