Description

Scenario:

Editor wants to insert a line break.
Editor is neither me nor a dev, and therefore does not necessarily know that it's  and not  or any of the other permutations.

Possible solution: Add Insert > Line break, which (in wikitext mode) will insert   in the wikitext.

Alternate solution: Add to the Special Character tool.
