@Abit reports being unable to load VE on https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Strategy/Wikimedia_movement/2017/Outreach/List?veaction=edit .
I can confirm (I have Chrome, Win10).
Progress bar is fully blue but never goes away.
FWIW another big page such as https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_CEE_Spring_2015/Structure/Table?veaction=edit take a lot to load, but in the end it works.
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Locating_broken_scripts?veaction=edit instead is another example of translatable page that doesn't finish loading.
