Tell them about the requirement, where they can find the ids and how they can add them afterwards (since it is easier to add them during upload than afterwards).

Offer that we can help if they can specify which nature reserve/national park it was.

Also a good opportunity to tell some of them that low resolution images will not have a chance of winning.
