Given that I have enabled "new recent changes filtering" (or whatever it is called in English)
When I click limits for 250 (assuming it was something different)
Then I expect to get 250 entries in the recent changes list
What I do get is the same as whatever was chosen when I first entered the special page.
In this case the limit is set to 20 by manipulating the URL. The links in the form has no effect.
The same behavior exists in both Firefox 53.0.3 (64 bits) and Chromium 58.0.3029.110 on Ubuntu 16.10 (64-bit).
