We have feedback and Phabricator links in the website footer, but no generic 'contact us' link. To aid users having any problems, we could add a Contact link that is either a mailto: to the wikipedialibrary email address (wikipedialibrary@wikimedia.org) or goes to a Contact page containing more detailed information such as our Facebook, Twitter, and individual emails for TWL team members.
