Description

Following the migration of users to the Library Card (T151177), we have a number of priorities for the next few weeks to make sure we're finished with this phase before moving on to authentication.

@chasemp Thanks! I will absolutely take you up on that offer should the need arise. I'm also always open to suggestions if it looks as though I'm doing something silly or inefficient.
